- Online – Simply click on the ‘Pay your Property Taxes’ button first page. Once it redirects you to a secure payment site, enter your account number, name on the account or property address in the search box and click enter. Select your property. Click on the grey ‘continue to online payment processing by card or echeck’ button and follow the prompts for payment. No partial payment accepted online.
- By telephone – Call (855) 270-3592. Make sure to have your account number, name on the account or property address available. No partial payments accepted by telephone.
- By mail – Mail your payment in with your payment coupon to PO Box 73109, Houston, TX 77273
- In person – You can come by the office at 17111 Rolling Creek Dr, Houston, Texas 77090 to make your payment in person.

Typically, statements are mailed out in the Fall. If you don’t receive your tax or assessment statement in the mail or it has been misplaced, you can access it on our website, by clicking on the ‘Pay your Property Taxes’ button located on our home page.
All online payments made Monday through Thursday will be reflected online the following business day. All online payments made Friday through Sunday will be reflected online the following Monday. If you still don’t see it reflected online in 72 hours, please call our customer service department at (281) 444-3946.
Look at your statement under the property identification section. If you see ‘Homestead’ or ‘Over65’ listed, the exemption has been applied. If you would like to know how much your district offers for homesteaded properties, please click on the districts tab and choose your district.
If you don’t see it listed, please contact the appraisal district for your county to have your exemption added. You can find their information on the appraisal district tab.
If you have a homestead and over 65 exemption on your account, take your property tax bill, divide the amount due by four and pay that amount before January 31st. The deadlines for the following payments are March 31, May 30 and July 31. Or you can call our customer service department at (281) 444-3946 to request the payment plan.
If you have a homestead exemption on your property and your taxes are delinquent (after February 1st), you can call the customer service line at (281) 444-3946 and request an installment agreement. This does not waive any additional fees for late payment of taxes.
If you receive a letter from the delinquent attorney, it means your taxes are delinquent and you are subject to additional penalties and possible water termination. Once you have received a letter from the delinquent attorney, you must contact them to coordinate payment.
In the state of Texas, you must pay taxes to the county, school and Water District. The tax bill you received is for the Water District. These taxes are not included on the county tax bill and are made payable directly to the Water District indicated on the top of your statement.
Your property is located in an management district that levies an assessment in addition to ad valorem property taxes. For more information about the management district, please visit their website.
